The issuance of $106,825,000 bonds for the construction, renovation and equipment of school buildings in the District, including Districtwide security improvements and Early Childhood Center expansion, and the purchase of new school buses; and the levying of a tax to pay the principal of and interest on the bonds and the costs of any related credit agreements.
